Hi im knew to psp hacking and was wondering if anyone could share their tools or advice on how to hack whether that be hens, homebrews, cfws, or editing save games.

Umm none of that was really what he was asking for.
Tools:
-PBP Unpacker
-Any hex editor
-A CFW PSP with PSPLink to make sure your crash or whatever is even exploitable is an absolute must.
-Learn coding, especially learn how disasm functions if you're looking into exploits.
-Coding a CFW takes dozens (probably hundreds) of libraries and is not something I'm recommending you try out as you'll probably end up with a brick.

Thanks. So far i have the hex editor and have made accounts on alot of psp hack sites where might i find the pbp unpacker? that psp-programming site you said?

if you want to know how to use hex editor in psp
IF YOU WANT TO FIND CRASH ON SAVEDATA
1. play any game
2. save the game try to spam your name (example:spartaaaaaaaaaa)
3. now save it and exit your psp
4. now go to hex editor hexedit the file
5. try to find your name in the file
6. after finding that name Spartaaaaaaa try to spam it again like this
(spartaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa)
7. Now Save the data and Go to your psp again now load the savedata
if its not corrupted means there a crash will happen. If its corrupt means
corrupt LOL!.
